Weigh In

I weighed 145.5 this morning. So I am down another pound this week. It seems that I have a trend of about a pound each week. I guess that isn't bad as I am eating all normal food but just less of it and maker better food choices. Maybe next week I can be below 145! What my goals are for this coming week is to:

~drink more water
~take my supplements
~continue to count calories
~exercise 4 days this coming week

Great job on keeping up with your weight loss goals! :)

I think we are in a similar spot right now... but for me, it's getting to the point where I don't feel quite so fat any more which is nice, but also harder to stay motivated! Do you ever feel that way? :)

Yes, Tammy, I do a lot! I have my good days and bad days. I weigh in almost daily so the days that I go up on the scale, I am more motivated. : ) I like to eat similarly to you as I eat normal food but add a lot of salads and veggies. We eat quite a bit of fruit. I like to save calories for supper time as well. I still have my fat days and skinny days no matter what the scale says.
