Here's our menu for the coming week. I am glad to have this settled. I had to do half of a big shop for the month of February. Hopefully I can finish the big trip this coming Friday.
Sunday, 2/1
Breakfast: muffins and milk
Dinner: cubed steak and gravy with rice, salad, green beans and macaroni and cheese
Supper: Leftovers from Saturday(chicken and tortillas w/ spanish rice) and Sunday's dinner
Monday, 2/2
Breakfast: granola and milk
Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly on homemade whole wheat bread, popcorn
Supper: Three Bean Chili topped with cheese and sour cream, cornbread
Tuesday, 2/3
Breakfast: eggs and cheese grits
Lunch: egg salad sandwiches, chips
Supper: Leftovers :)
Wednesday, 2/4
Breakfast: Pancakes
Lunch: mac and cheese w/ barbqued weanies (I might have to find an alternative for myself)
Supper: baked potatoes
Thursday, 2/5
Breakfast: Muffins
Lunch: leftovers or cheese quesadillas
Supper: Chicken and vegetable soup(chicken, mixed veggies and elbow pasta in tomato broth??? Experiment in progress)
Friday, 2/6
Breakfast: granola and milk
Lunch: egg salad sandwiches and chips
Supper: Homemade Pizza
Saturday, 2/7
Breakfast: eggs and toast
Lunch: leftovers
Supper: Chicken enchiladas and corn
