Yesterday was weigh in day. I lost another 2 pounds! This makes a total of five. I am hoping that we'll have another two off by this coming Monday too. I have also lost a total of 4" off my waist in two weeks. YAY! I am officially at 35" as of this morning. Here's to more inches off in the coming weeks!
Here's my goals for this coming week:
Keep calorie intake between 1200-1500 each day except for Thursday. We go to eat chinese this day...I won't be counting then.
Drink 32 oz. of water every day.
Exercise at least five days this week.
