I was up one pound this morning. I do have to say that I ate quite a bit of ham last night(high salt content) and I have another health issue that doesn't help. Still I am quite disappointed. I know that I have gained muscle but I can't imagine that much. I have lost inches so what's up? Now I am going to be a scale junky and weigh myself each morning to see what happens. On any account though, I am hoping for a better week this week~! Weigh in next Monday better be good!
