Ice Cream Pies

This is per pie:

Take 15 Oreo type cookies and crush in a bag. Melt 6T. margarine. Stir together. A little sugar can be added to mixture if desired.

Spray pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. Pat the cookie mixture into the pie plate to form the crust. Take softened ice cream, any flavor desired and put into the crust. If you'd like the pie to have a marble effect, squirt chocolate syrup on top of the pie in a spiraled fashion. Run a tool through the syrup to make the design. I used a dinner knife. I believe that the recipe I read suggested a toothpick.
Now, put into the freezer to reset and until ready to eat. I did find that once the pies were out of the freezer for a few minutes that the slices came out more easily.

We used moose tracks and nutty buddy flavored ice cream. I'd like to buy so me sugar free cookies along with some no sugar added ice cream and make this. This would be great, served with sugar free whipped topping.
