Wednesday

afternoon sun

As I am typing this, it is Thursday afternoon. Yesterday was not a good day for me, health-wise. I just felt bad. It was a little of this and that rolled into one. Today's a new day though!

Yesterday we got quite a bit of school done. I am missing a math cd for Samuel so that wasn't done. I need to work it out to teach it without the cd until it's found.

AS far as chores, I worked mainly in the kitchen. I was able to get the kitchen floor mopped before church, of which I am thankful. Some laundry was done- three loads.

For breakfast, we had egg sandwiches. That cost all of $1 for our family of nine. I love meals like that! The bread costed .79 for the loaf, the eggs were "free" from the backyard and with the cost of a little mayo... For lunch we had a combination of ramen and hot dogs. I chose the lesser of the two evils and had ramen due to it being lesser in cholesterol. I cooked corned beef, cabbage, potatoes and carrots for supper. It was tasty.

I did spend a lot of time trying to rest as I was sluggish. I needed to start my supplements back...and not eat things like ramen noodles so much. :/ I was doing good diet wise for about a week. Hopefully I can hop back on the wagon for my health's sake. Did you know that as little as 10 pounds can make a world of difference in your health?

Okay, so that about does it for Wednesday. There's wasn't much progress but there's hope for tomorrow... a new day!

Sorry you felt bad yesterday Susan.
Glad you are feeling some better today.
Love the picture of your front porch with the sun. We also have a big front porch and I love it.
Thinking of you and love ya,

I'm sorry you were not feeling well. Hopefully all is better today. I love porches, especially big ones. I have heard that losing 10 lbs can make a big difference in our health. I could definitely stand to lose 10 (20) lbs. Enjoy your day and God bless.

Cathy, Large porches are the best! I am so thankful the Lord blessed us with one. Yes, I am slowly getting better. I'll be even better tomorrow. :D Love ya,
Susan

Donna, I am in the 10-20 range myself. :D It'll come, bit by bit. It just takes too much works sometimes. LOL

Cheryl, thank you! I hope the gray skies bring whatever you may need right now....rain or no rain. I've subscribed to your son's cave YouTube channel. I really like the story that he and your girls put together. How cute!
