Sounds yummy! Are you adding more to you suppers for your leftover lunches?

April, Usually we have leftovers but I make sure and add to it if I think I need to. This helps me know what to have for lunch instead of just sandwiches all the time and plus if I am not here then Brittany can just heat and serve. :D

Way to go, that's quite a list. We are stumped here because of Thanksgiving. It seems every year after the turkey is purchased, that we have a hard time filling other stuff in. We do not eat canned veggies and have a "wee-little" oven so we have to cook bread before we cook the turkey. How do you plan out your Tahnksgiving without going broke? We are 14 hours away from our families so going somewhere isn't possible. It's frustrating because we want "the holidays" to be pleasant and memorable but they are often filled with stress instead. :(
