Happy Monday!

It seems as if it's going to be another wonderful day, albeit a rainy one.
I did sleep in an hour later due to not getting to bed until almost 3:00am. Then sweet Gloria awoke and so I attended to her. We will see how long it takes for me to peter out!

Here's this week's tentative menu:

Monday- Vegetable soup and cornbread

Tuesday- crockpot chicken, cabbage and salad

Wednesday-(help host visiting preacher)pork loin, green beans, salad, hashbrown casserole, dessert

Thursday- leftovers

Friday- pintos, potatoes cornbread

Saturday- Manicotti

Sunday- ham and fixins

We had a wonderful weekend. On Saturday we went on church visitation. We covered a lot of homes. Afterwards we ran some errands and picked up some needs. We got home around 3ish and worked out in the yard. James as off and it was nice to have him with us. He tilled our garden while Brittany and myself planted flower seed. After Easter we look forward to planting our garden. We plan on having a very big one this year, one to supply most of our vegetable needs for this coming year. Then hopefully we can begin a fall garden as well. We have had a garden 16 of 19 years of marriage. Last year we did not so we must make up for it this year! We are in the process of planning our rows now.

This week we have revival through Friday. While we will be tired from work and travel, we are all excited about this week and the possibilities at hand. Will you join us in prayer for hearts to grow closer to the Lord?
