Menu and Freezer Cooking

I wanted to post our menu for the next month. I am excited to say that most of our entrees will be in the freezer after Saturday. I am putting the chicken meals together today along with the enchiladas. This makes for a total of 27 freezer meals! I am looking forward to easier evenings this coming month and to use that time for things such as......laundry. :D

Supper (FM means that this is a freezer meal)

FM (2)lasagna, salad and garlic bread
FM (1)pork loin, green beans, Georgia potatoes
FM (2)BBQ pork chops, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli
FM (3)BBQ chicken leg quarters, baked beans, yeast rolls
FM (2)Ritzy chicken, green beans, salad
FM (2)Chicken Divan, salad
FM (3)Chicken noodle soup
FM (2)spaghetti,salad, garlic bread
FM (4) meatballs, mashed potatoes, green beans or steamed broccoli
FM (3) beef enchiladas,corn, spanish rice over bed of shredded lettuce, sour cream
FM (3) mac and cheese, fried ham, salad
(1) grilled steak, baked potatoes, salad, yeast rolls
(1) crockpot roast and veggies, rice and gravy
(1) roast soup
(1) salmon patties, rice and gravy, broccoli casserole or salad
(1) Eat out!


Breakfast

(3) biscuits and gravy
(4) smoothies
(2) pancakes, mixed fruit
(12) eggs, grits, bacon, toast
(4) muffins, mixed fruit
(2) oatmeal, mixed fruit
(4) cereal

*** I am thinking of pre-cooking and freezing muffins and bacon to have easier mornings. I have biscuits frozen already.

Lunch

(12) leftovers (I am hopefully making enough of some supper meals to have leftovers)
(2) hot dogs
(3) ramen
(3) mac and cheese
(1) ravioli
(4) grilled cheese
(2) quesadillas
FM (2) bbq sandwiches, chips
(1) chicken fingers, baked beans(FM)
(1) lunch out!

Woo hoo! Congratulations! I wish I could be so organized! It would be so nice to not walk into the kitchen at 4:30 and wonder what I'm going to cook.

Enjoy that extra time it's going to save you.

Way to go Susan.. Miss you lots on the Board but I love coming on here and seeing what you've been up too.. Hope the kids,you and James are all well.. have fun in your garden and keep the good times going..
