So, what are my goals on this journey of weight loss? Here's my list:
1. Power walk or do The Firm video(or other exercise video) 5 times per week.
2. Keep calories in check at about 1500 per day, AVERAGE. 1200 would be best but I'll see what 1500 will do.
3. Drink my water! This is the hardest for me!
4. No late night snacks...if I must it has to be something under 100 calories.
5. Allow a dessert once a week. :D
