In my haste to tell you of my unfortunate weigh in experience, I forgot to tell you that I've made progress in jogging/walking! Today I warmed up for just five minutes and was itching to take off. I ran and ran and ran and ran. I stopped after running for 10 whole minutes! Yay! I made better timing as well; 70 minutes/ 4.52miles/ 650 calories!
That's what I'm talking about! I've been working hard at working out. I jogged 10.5 miles last week. I am smaller as I was able to wear an outfit I've had and haven't worn in 7 years. Still, I don't like the weight part. :( It'll be better this week. I can just FEEL it! :)
