Muffin Recipe

Per request I am posting a good muffin recipe that has a long list of additions to put in them. I usually use this, a recipe out of Betty Crocker cookbook or when in a very big hurry I'll just eyeball the recipe.After making muffins a lot over many years it isn't too hard to throw them together. The main idea is make sure to add flour (I use self rising sometimes mixed with whole wheat and sometimes oatmeal), a sugar (white, brown, molasses, honey), a liquid (milk or juice),egg and oil. I have forgotten the oil before and the muffins were still edible. :) ADd your liquid last and add just enough to make a presentable batter.
