Hamburger Gravy

I have now put this on a list of YouTube videos to do soon. Until then though, I will tell you what I do to make our "hamburger gravy". You'll laugh when you know what I do, though, as it's not that hard.

First I brown some ground beef in a skillet. I like to chop up some onion and sometimes bell pepper to cook at this time too. In another pan, mix up some brown gravy mix. Yup. Told you that it was easy. Drain your meat and add the gravy into the skillet. Add a can of mushrooms. Sometimes I add some sour cream....a few tablespoons or so. It gives it a stroganoff flavor. Sometimes I add a can of diced tomatoes. This is my favorite thing to mix in with brown gravy. YUMMMMMY....  Serve over your choice of rice, noodles or potatoes. I like to buy brown gravy in the big canisters from Sam's Club. I did find some brown gravy mix in spice bottle at a store called Ollie's and another called Maxway. That was good too. If I can't get these then I buy packets at Aldi.  Have fun with the hamburger gravy and put in what you like. You never know what you might come up with!
